Exit Links Manager

Exit Links Manager adds an extra layer of security and transparency by intercepting outbound links on your site. When a visitor clicks an external link, they are first redirected to a warning page that clearly informs them they are about to leave your website.

This helps you:

• Prevent accidental redirects to unsafe websites
• Keep visitors informed and in control

The plugin is lightweight, easy to configure, and works automatically without requiring manual setup of external link redirects.

Installation

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/exit-links-manager directory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress Plugins screen.
2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
3. A default “Leaving” page will be created automatically (if it doesn’t exist).
4. That’s it — external links will now redirect through the Leaving page.
